These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lakon mobile application and platform (the "Service") operated by Lakon ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lakon is a fitness coaching platform that connects athletes with professional coaches. The Service includes workout programming, check-ins, nutrition logging, health data integration, and communication tools between coaches and their clients.
Lakon is not a medical service. The Service provides fitness coaching and wellness support — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lakon. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to Lakon requires a subscription managed by your trainer or coaching program. Pricing is set by your trainer. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are subject to the terms presented at checkout and your agreement with your trainer.
You retain ownership of all health data you provide to Lakon. By connecting health devices or entering health data, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Service. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting devices and deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how health data is handled.

The Lakon name, logo, application, and platform are owned by Lakon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your personal data and content remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that health data will be perfectly accurate. Wearable data accuracy depends on third-party devices and APIs outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lakon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
